Originally founded in 2002 as a break‑fix computer store in El Reno, Oklahoma, the company evolved over the next decade to meet changing technology demands and the growing needs of business clients. This transition to a fully managed services model required a complete transformation of the business, leading to the launch of Bitrox Technology as a modern Managed Service Provider (MSP).
